What we collect when you use this site or ask for a quote, and what we do with it. Last updated September 28, 2026.
Quote and contact requests
When you send the quote form we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, facility or organization, facility type, number of locations, city, state and message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your network address that we use only to limit repeated submissions.
We use this information to review your facility's needs, prepare a quote and contact you about it. It is stored in our website database and sent by email to our sales team at sales@cleanwastemed.com.
Who else handles it
We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for their own marketing. To answer a request we may share the relevant details, such as your facility's location and waste streams, with the qualified service provider in our network who would serve you. Our website and email run on service providers (Cloudflare hosts the site and database and sends the quote notification email) who process the information only to provide that service to us.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, and only if you use the light or dark switch in the footer: it remembers your colour preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep business records, then delete them.
